WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Dear Tenant/Prospect,

I want to thank you for your interest and anticipate you will have an enjoyable living experience in your new home.

This is a new development and we have quite a bit of construction taking place. From installing new homes, paving new roadways, and landscaping.

We are following all city ordinances including the noise ordinance. We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience and are hoping to be finished withing the next 6-8 months. We are certain you will be satisfied with the end result.
